Episode Overview
With Rocky feeling down after Shake It Up, Chicago! ended, CeCe steps in to lift her spirits. Their search for solutions leads them to discover the lackluster spirit squad, prompting them to join forces. Soon, CeCe is named president, but the squad plans to oust Rocky due to her overbearing nature. Meanwhile, Deuce sympathizes with Tinka after Gunther's departure and convinces Dina to let her join their group. However, Deuce quickly grows frustrated as Dina and Tinka become inseparable, leaving him feeling sidelined. In another corner, Flynn is hurt by his reputation for having unreliable friends.
