In a race against time to avert World War III, an unexpected trio joins forces: the U.S. Secretary of State operating from Washington, D.C.; a junior diplomat stationed in Islamabad; and an overwhelmed Navy fighter pilot aboard an aircraft carrier in the Red Sea.
