Episode Overview

In November 1903, Lady Marjorie brings in a fresh-faced and naive young woman named Clemence on a trial period. However, she feels that the name Clemence isn’t suitable for someone in her household, so she renames her Sarah. With a flair for the dramatic and a habit of being overly frank, Sarah finds it challenging to blend in and earn the acceptance of her fellow staff.
