Episode Overview
Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, originated on the battlefields of the 15th century during fierce conflicts between the Siamese and Burmese armies. The soldiers, trained in Krabi Krabong, showcased their strength in close combat, mastering techniques that utilized their legs, knees, elbows, and hands in place of traditional weapons.
