Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke (2015)

Episode Overview

Smoking goes from the parking lot to the penthouse in this episode, as we craft upscale barbecue treats. We’re making mesquite-smoked oysters slathered in chipotle barbecue sauce, a 7-bone prime rib slow-roasted on a wood-burning rotisserie then finished over crackling oak flames, triple-smoked potatoes piled with bacon and smoked cheddar, and a smoked cheesecake drizzled with a burnt sugar cream sauce.
