Statham, in between sketching breasts on his x-rays, is attempting to make Joanna envious with a series of increasingly outrageous fake romantic escapades. Mac has returned to the office, and without any assistance from Guy, he's giving Caroline a hard time because he can't recall their brief fling from twenty minutes ago. Meanwhile, Karen and Martin have taken their relationship up a notch, leaving him feeling completely exhausted.
