Steven Raichlen's Project Fire

Episode Overview

Steven demonstrates the art of grilling, covering everything from whole fish to fire-roasted shellfish. A Singapore-spiced halibut steams inside banana leaves, while Rafael Lunetta prepares a whole branzino with Indonesian flavors in Santa Monica. An Alaskan salmon takes cues from Russian coulibiac, stuffed with grilled onions, mushrooms, rice, and a hint of smoke. To finish, fresh oysters hit the grill with a toss of Asian aromatics.
