The Tube: Going Underground (2016)

Episode Overview

At Victoria, a bustling Underground hub handling 600 passengers per minute during rush hour, the shift to contactless payments has made the ticket office obsolete. With its closure, commuters face a temporary bottleneck—until new machines are installed, a third of a million travelers must squeeze through just four ticket machines, creating lengthy queues and testing their patience.
