Plot

On the brink of leaving the orphanage she has called home, Rebeca, a young Roma woman, holds tight to the dream that her father's release from prison will at last give her the family she has always yearned for. When she earns a place at university to study acting, her future finally seems to brighten. Yet just as Rebeca starts to settle into this new life, the world she came from begins closing in, pushing her toward decisions she can put off no longer.
